  • Log in to your UGA Google Workspace with [email protected].

What are participant expectations?
+

Because licenses are limited, participants have been selected through an application and selection process designed to ensure broad representation across degree levels and colleges.

Pilot participants will help UGA understand student demand, effective use cases and support needs for premium AI tools. Licenses are intended to remain active through spring 2027, contingent on meeting participation requirements:

  • Actively use your assigned tool.
  • Complete a brief feedback survey at the end of each semester (spring 2026, fall 2026 and spring 2027).
  • Continued access to the license is contingent upon completion of these required surveys.
What privacy and data protection services are available?
+

UGA provides these services under institutional agreements with added privacy and data protection compared to consumer versions. Students should follow UGA guidance regarding appropriate data use when using AI tools.

How can I sign up?

The campus-wide application process closed in February 2026.
